Certification Examination Steps

Follow each step carefully to complete the process

Eligibility & Prerequisites

Only applicants who passed the Diagnostic Examination (score ≥ 20) and meet eligibility requirements can take the Certification Examination (Hands-on).

Required Documents

Diagnostic Examination Notification Slip
Duly Accomplished Form 2 (ILCDB Form – 2)
Two (2) passport-sized I.D. pictures
Original + 1 photocopy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
For female married applicants: original + photocopy of marriage certificate
Original + 1 photocopy of Transcript of Records (TOR)
Other documents as requested

Examination Fees & Payment

Professionals: ₱500
Graduating Students: ₱300
Payment must be made at least 5 working days before exam
Fees are non-refundable

Duration: 6 Hours
Format: Hands-On Programming
Task: Simple Application Development
Group Size: 10-20 examinees
Diagnostic Exam Score: 20%
Hands-On Exam Score: 80%
Passing Score: 80% or higher
