Eligibility Requirements
- Filipino citizens with Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields.
- Non-IT graduates require 40-hour programming training or relevant employment experience.
- 3rd year students may take the diagnostic exam but must wait until final year for Hands-On Certification.

Application Process
Handwritten forms are NOT ALLOWED. Submit your DICT fillable form to the Regional Focal Person or Registrar.

After the Diagnostic Exam
If You PASS (Score ≥ 20):
- Eligible to take Hands-On Certification Examination
- Diagnostic score (20%) included in final certification score
- Proceed to 6-hour hands-on programming exam
If You DON'T PASS (Score < 20):
- Undergo additional programming training
- Enhance knowledge and skills in ICT
- Retake the diagnostic exam (no limit)
- Wait at least 6 months after previous exam results
